With over 10 year's Recruiting experience, we specialise in Permanent positions across various business sectors. We've been very successful recruiting for roles across a wide range of business functions, carefully selecting our team to get the best fit for our clients & candidates.
We love to build solid, lasting relationships with everyone we deal with & having worked for other well-known Recruitment agencies in the past, we have a wide range of experience between us.

After much success in the usual sectors such as Sales, Marketing, Admin, Finance etc we have recently launched a Senior Appointments desk, which is a new division of the business we are looking to grow & develop in 2022.

Carla (Director) decided to set up on her own when her last agency was making redundancies due to Covid in 2020. Ability Recruitment Ltd is now live (was previously trading as CJD Recruitment) and is part of Infinity Skills, with a large back office support team. Carla works closely with Phil (MD & Recruiter) & has two amazing Talent Managers helping her source the very best candidates. We pride ourselves on listening to client's requirements & bring a fresh approach to Recruitment, using a mixture of advertising & head-hunting to fill our vacancies quickly.
