IT Communications Analyst (Service Delivery Updates, Communications, templates) required for global professional services firm. You will be responsible for preparing, coordinating and delivering internal and external communications relating to day to day Service Delivery and technology projects.

Tasks will include: Updating and maintaining standard communications templates, supporting service delivery managers with drafting communications, and contributing to the ongoing development of the communications strategy as part of continuous service improvement. You should have proven experience drafting and sending out communications, preferably in an IT service delivery function. A good understanding of IT departments, including Service Management Concepts (ITIL) is highly desirable.
