Producing designs for customer facing marketing collateral in various media in response to briefs from internal clients operating companies within EAME and International. This contributes to their objectives by avoiding the cost of having design requirements met by external vendors

Ensures that their design work and suggestions are consistent with the requirements of the brief supplied and the demands of the Strategic Architecture.
Presents design concepts to internal clients in electronic or physical form
Maintains records of the time spent on individual design projects via the departments record keeping database.
Works in compliance with departmental policies on archiving and backing up work in progress and completed.
Takes direction when required from the Print Production Manager and Marketing Communications Manager to ensure that all artwork produced meets specifications for production in printed form and in other media.
Participates in activities to promote the services of the department internally and deploys agreed actions to widen the scope of creative services offered by the department
Contributes to team activities related to generating creative ideas when responding to briefs

Reports to Position Title: Marketing Communication Manager
Requires Apple Mac hardware and access to appropriate design and other software/hardware to produce design deliverables (this is already in place)
Establishes excellent working relationships with appropriate internal and external contacts within EAME and International.
Day to day workload will be allocated by Production Manager and design concepts will be generally reviewed by one or more of the Production Manager/Marketing Communications Manager before presentation to client.
