Job Title: Support Analyst
Salary: £23,000-£25,000
Location: Glasgow
An excellent opportunity to join a reputable client in central Glasgow. You should possess good technical skills supported by excellent communication and client facing ability. Supervisory or Team Lead experience is a distinct advantage. Duties include: Provides a suitable solution within the necessary timescale, escalating and progressing the situation as required whilst keeping the user informed To develop a thorough working knowledge of the desktop environment and prime software applications Assist the Desktop Services Manager to identify improvements to processes and procedures to support the Technical Services team. To assist with workloads for all offices, (via PC Duo - internal remote tool) where applicable Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered. Manage 1st line cover (phone based, no hardware fixes) duties with regular rotation into 2nd line responsibilities (software & hardware fixes). Oversee hardware and software deliveries, as and when required. Liaise with third parties, senior office management and the other IT teams to resolve issues speedily. Image and install desktop/laptop equipment, as and when required.
